What is Involved?

The treatment is an oil that is produced by a highly reputable manufacturer of cannabinoid-derived therapies. It is a plant based treatment using compounds derived from medical cannabis.

To participate, you will need to call one of the selected clinics from the list above and they will explain the process in more detail and answer any questions you may have.

When you book an initial consultation (no payment required), they will check if your dog is eligible based on a few questions, some routine tests and an assessment of your dog's osteoarthritis. If eligible, you will need to bring your dog back to the same veterinary practice in two weeks to begin treatment.

Over the next 8 weeks, you will need to ensure you give the treatment twice a day to your dog. you and your dog will be required to make two more visits to the veterinary clinic. You should not be going away or leaving your dog with another person during this time. In addition, you will receive two follow up phone calls during this time to check how your dog is going and complete a survey so we can assess your dog's progress.

If you are eligible, all tests during the trial (including a routine blood test), examinations and treatment are FREE

Treatment is available to eligible dogs in selected Sydney and Brisbane veterinary clinics. Your pet will receive free consultations, routine examinations & the treatment will be provided.
